To whom it may concern,
I tried to run TIMME on my elastic network modeled protein with multiple model pdb file but it did not work on first 6.2
what I did was
FIRST _.pdb -TIMME
It gave me an error saying that
Reading command line options.
Error: Command line option -TIMME not recognized.
Does anyone have any sugguestions? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
