Dear Brandon,
we would like to use the -covin option for FIRST on line version.
For IRON-SULFER CLUSTER 2FE-2S the stability of the surrounding loop is very low in the
Version we use now on-line. We hope there is more stability if we add the covalent bonds
between the Cys-SG and the FE of the cluster (defined as HETATM) . Furthermore we would like
th link the FE1-S1-FE2-S2-FE1 within the cluster. Is that possible by a new option
within the on-line version or should we download a local version for LINUX?
